Wayder's Cheats contain xml files that enable known cheats in MAME arcade games.
Copy cheat_wayder.7z to your mame directory and edit the cheatpath line in mame.ini:
"cheatpath cheat_wayder"
If you also use Pugsy's Cheat:
"cheatpath cheat;cheat_wayder"
